Stanley won’t stand by their product and cover it under warranty. I’ve purchased six of these water bottles and within four months for tops broke. Stanley sells replacement tops for all of their other products. They do not sell it for this one. All it takes is a very minor nudge for it to tip over and the top cracks and leaks rendering the bottle useless. It’s unfortunate that they’re unwilling to stand by their product or to fix the defect because this water bottle kept ice cold for 16 hours in the hot Florida sun but if the top won’t keep it sealed it doesn’t matter. I will no longer buy any Stanley product because of the massive amount of frustration dealing with their customer service for three months to find out that they would only cover one of the four bottles.

I bought this water bottle for my 12 year-old son for Christmas, and he loves it! It is stylish and practical while looking cool and handsome. It is completely leak-proof and keeps his water cold for days!! He keeps it in his backpack at school, and it never leaks a drop on his papers. I never write reviews, but this bottle was too great not to. Excellent job, Stanley!! This water bottle is absolutely wonderful! There are no cons what so ever. I would recommend this to anyone and if you haven't already, buy this water bottle now. It is worth every penny and so worth the hype!

Great cup and all but.. Shipping was beyond slow! Ups had it for a few days, then they passed it on to usps which I don’t understand why? Even though I paid $6.95 for ground shipping with ups! I should get a refund for my shipping! Since I didn’t get the full services! Says I ordered march 23 and received April 1 which isn’t even close to the truth! That’s when usps received the cup and I didn’t get it for a month! Treat your customers right, remember it us who keep you in business! Without us you would have been out of business along time ago! You need to work on quality control, and packaging! You’re making a killing on the market, especially with how much you charge. I see no reason why you can’t take care and make sure all cups are in good shape and packed better! Y’all are getting sloppy and that’s bad for business!

I really like the size of this bottle. It holds a decent amount of water or tea and is slender enough to fit inside my bike bottle cage. If the wire latch on the lid is flipped closed, the bottle is quite leakproof. With the wire latched unhooked, it can leak a little. Retains heat very well.

Minus two stars because of the cheap lid. The lid is a critical component of the bottle. If it sucks, the whole bottle sucks. The wire latch and wire loop are both pretty flimsy, and the plastic is a low-density material. Mine is working fine, but I'm afraid one fall from my desk to the floor might be disastrous. There is one very unique [unintentional] design element with the lid, however, it uses the same threads as a regular mason jar. This means when your lid goes, a standard, readily available mason jar lid will suffice. If you want a more user-friendly option, there are all sorts of great mason jar lid designs to choose from on Amazon these days. This feature earns one star back.
