I rarely write reviews but I think this is unacceptable for a Christmas product. My son loves legos and I was very excited to start this tradition, but why are there GUNS and Handcuffs? Building a small 2 part train and the levers or side steam pipes are GUNS??? Why? So very disappointed. The Christmas season is about love, family and friendship not GUNS and HANDCUFFS.

I have seven boys still at home, ages 8-18. They have all enjoyed this calendar. (I've also caught my husband checking it out to see what they open every day!) The instructions aren't very detailed, so there was occasional fighting because my boys disagreed on the proper construction of certain elements, but overall it was a great buy for our family!
